Over the last year Ironwood Design Group has collaborated with Jones and Beach Engineers to develop and implement a campus master plan for a new Avesta housing development in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire ─ the Meadows at Grapevine Run. Lassel served as the project architects.
Phase I of the project is now complete and the first residents are moving in this month.
The landscape master plan includes attractive native trees, flowering shrubs, and perennial plantings for the buildings, entrance roadway, and sidewalks as well as a stormwater detention pond.
The native wetland plant Bidens aristosa, commonly referred to as swamp marigold, is already thriving on site adding colorful drama to the lush campus. This yellow autumn flower will serve as a cheerful welcome to those calling the Meadows at Grapevine Run their home.
