North Country Development

Ironwood Design Group generated a commercial development master plan for a sixteen-acre site in New Hampshire’s North Country. The former industrial site is located adjacent to a scenic state park that is popular for a variety of summer and winter recreational activities. The property owner asked for development scenarios that would complement the natural surroundings and provide much-needed amenities for visitors to this beautiful area of New Hampshire, including a hotel, service station, general store, and services for off-road vehicle enthusiasts. In addition to the master plan, Ironwood produced several 3D renderings for the property owner to communicate the vision for the site.
